Using the Lo-Fi prototype, we conducted tests with three target users to get feedback on our prototype to improve its functionality. A short semi-structured pre-test interview was conducted before each user was asked to complete three tasks. According to their suggestions, we planned to redesign the “job searching” and “make an appointment” features for the high-fidelity prototype.
